Miami Spice is marking its 25th anniversary this year, with more than 300 restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach offering discounted prix-fixe menus from August 1 through September 30. Lunch and brunch menus generally run $40, dinners are $50 or $65, and a new "Miami Spice Reserve" tier offers elevated multi-course experiences starting at $95.

North Beach has the smallest Miami Spice lineup of any Miami Beach neighborhood this year — just 6 restaurants, according to the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau's official Miami Spice directory, compared with 67 in South Beach and 18 in Mid Beach. It's a small list, but it still spans Italian, Japanese, Turkish and contemporary American cooking. Here's the full rundown.

North Beach's six participants

Cafe Prima Pasta (Italian) — Family-owned since 1993, this is one of the longer-running restaurants in North Beach, known locally for house-made pasta and a loyal neighborhood following that predates much of the area's more recent development.

The Strand at Carillon Miami (Contemporary American) — Located inside the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.

Sumak Turkish Cuisine (Turkish) — North Beach's Turkish restaurant, and one of relatively few Turkish kitchens participating in Miami Spice citywide.

Benihana Miami Beach (Japanese/Hibachi Teppanyaki) — Part of the long-running Benihana chain, built around tableside hibachi cooking.

Sushi Bichi (Japanese) — A neighborhood sushi spot in North Beach.

Bocatto Trattoria (Italian) — A casual, neighborhood-style trattoria.

Days offered, menu prices and specific dishes vary by restaurant and can change through the season — check with each restaurant directly before booking. This list reflects the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau's official Miami Spice directory as of early August; new restaurants are added throughout the promotion. Guides to South Beach's 67 participants and Mid Beach's 18 participants are available separately.
