Miami Beach Condominium Association Sues Property Manager and CAM Over $811,555 in Allegedly Fraudulent Payments to Sham Construction Company

A Miami Beach condominium association has filed a sweeping 10-count lawsuit in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, alleging that its property management company and licensed community association manager conspired — or at minimum grossly neglected their duties — to funnel more than $811,000 of resident funds to a fraudulent construction company that performed no work on the property.
